I stood there,
face to face,
with the reason that
Feminism exists in the first place.
someone who saw gender
as a reason for the world to divide,
only this time I was on the
wrong side.

She spoke of hatred,
and separation of men,
she said that the patriarchy
demanded it.
I guess I am a bad Feminist
in the end,
for I don’t see
her reality.

Hatred of any kind
only seek to increase the divide,
the only way I think
that things should be,
is with complete gender equality.
